House Bed & Breakfast is an English owned and run countryside
home situated on the beautiful Kingston Peninsula in New Brunswick,
Canada.
It's a remarkable place - your home away from
home where you'll wish you could stay forever!
Here, you can relax in the peaceful ambience
of a rural setting with spectacular views of the Belleisle Bay and
St. John River. It's where you can forget about work and stress
as you paddle along the beautiful Kingston Creek. It's where your
cares are left behind as you cycle our rural roads. And it's all
within a short distance of the City of Saint John, New Brunswick.
And out of the fog belt that often hugs the Bay of Fundy!
 Beach
House Bed & Breakfast is located on a hillside overlooking Kingston
Creek and Shampers Bluff (a private conservation area donated to
the government of New Brunswick by famed photographer, Freeman Patterson).
From our home, you can't escape the spectacular scenery of the Belleisle.
But you CAN:
- wake to the sound of birds singing outside your window;
- walk in blueberry fields;
- watch the sunset colour the sky and water with lavender, peach,
red and pink;
- roast marshmallows over a crackling campfire;
- laugh at the excitement of a flock of chickens discovering a
tasty treat in the meadow;
- escape from the fog, damp and cooler summer temperatures of
the Bay of Fundy;
- take a leisurely stroll down country lanes;
- play badminton, horseshoes, fly a kite - or just laze around
in the hammock;
- look up from reading a book to rest your eyes upon what most
people consider one of the most spectacular views in the greater
Saint John area.

Both of us (Tony and Glenise) are originally from Essex in the southeast
of England. In 2001, an opportunity arose to move to New Brunswick.
Jimbo and Scamp (the boys) were adopted from Battersea Dogs Home
in London several years ago and there was no question that they
would also become Canadians.
In the UK we lived in a rural area and commuted miles
to work, so we were eager to find a similar ambiance within a reasonable
distance to Saint John. Having seen the views, we settled upon this
property fairly quickly!
Glenise is an avid cook who enjoys trying out all
sorts of recipes. Get a
taste of what we are like! Both Tony and Glenise are personable
- you'll feel comfortable and at home right away.
 The
boys, of course, also have their own roles - Scamp is head of Bed
and Breakfast Security and Officer on Watch; Jimbo is the Bed and
Breakfast Welcoming Committee and Entertainment Officer (so long
as he can find someone willing to play ball). He is also the Resident
Escapologist - ever watchful for the opportunity to disappear into
the woods, despite having a large secure garden to roam around in.
We are fortunate to have lived in other parts
of the world such as the Middle East and India, and to have traveled
extensively in Europe, Asia and Australia. You'll find our house full
of arts and crafts brought back from our visits. In all our travels,
we have enjoyed meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds,
and sharing in their experiences. Our
