The Barn Independent Suite with cooking facilities Consisting of a sizeable open plan living room, kitchen and dining area complete with all appliances, ample seating and a comfortable double-sized futon for one or two extra guests. A bedroom with double-size bed and plenty of closet space. There is also a door leading to the balcony where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views on the peninsula. An attractive bathroom with shower/tub, toilet and basin add to the comfort of the property. Also provided is a gas barbeque on the balcony and outdoor seating and use of the garage. Other facilities include hairdryer, dishwasher, stove, fridge with freezer section, microwave, washer and dryer. $125.00 up to two people (add $10.00 per extra person). $750 per week (self catering)
We also offer a Welcome Food Pack for a small additional charge which will cover breakfast requirements for one or two days. Contact Glenise for details. Alternatively, we will be happy to serve breakfast in the main house for a small additional charge.
RATES INCLUDE
A 50% deposit or one night's stay is required (whichever is greater) at time of reservation. Full refund will be given (less a $25.00 administration fee) provided a minimum 7 days notice of cancellation is received. If notice of cancellation is less than 7 days then
deposit will not be refunded unless the room can be rebooked (administration
fee of $25.00 will be deducted).
Smoking – under the terms of our insurance coverage and to respect other guests, smoking is not permitted inside the house. Pets - we are happy to have your pets stay with us by prior arrangement and subject to Jimbo and Scamp's approval. However, with deference to our other guests, pets (including our own) are not permitted in rooms. We do have a kennel and run, fenced garden plus the garage, all of which are all available for our four-legged visitors. Check in times - between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Other times by arrangement. Named
after the mother of William and David Lewis Beach, the Mary room
has that cozy yet romantic feel about it. It is beautifully decorated
in two-tone pink with coordinated linen and drapes. The room comes
with its own new en suite bathroom, contains some antique furniture,
including a double-mirrored wardrobe, (which was one of our finds
in India), queen size bed and comfortable cane armchairs. We are
sure you will enjoy this room which also has a perfect vantage point
for the scenery around us. The room has an ensuite bathroom with
shower.
We
haven’t yet discovered who was the eldest son so we are presuming
that William was the firstborn! William’s room contains two
twin beds (will convert to one King sized bed) covered in soft white
embroidered comforters. The blue cornflower drapes complement the
cool blue of the walls. Perfect for a warm summer’s evening.
The room has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
David
Lewis’ room has its own ensuite bathroom and small sitting
room. A room full of sunshine having been decorated in complimenting
shades of green and lemon. It contains a queen bed and dresser.
The bathroom has a connecting door to the private sitting room which
contains a sofabed/love seat for additional family members and where
you can relax, take in the view and watch the local bird life taking
advantage of the feeders hanging from the trees outside. The room
has an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
A
modern independent self-contained fully furnished apartment situated
above its own garage and close to the house. Obtain more flexibility
by being able to cater for yourselves.
